Our financial literacy counseling program serves communities of color within Washington, DC. We provide financial literacy programs for communities of color including students, and small business owners (clients). We also provide high quality one-on-one counseling and financial aid advice for K-12, undergraduate, graduate, and community organizations that serve people of color, and small business owners.
DCSBDC is a partnership program nationally accredited by the Association of America’s SBDCs and funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration, Howard University, with Howard University serving as the network’s headquarters. DCSBDC services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis. Language assistance services are available for individuals with limited English proficiency.
