Mayor Muriel Bowser announced on March 17, 2020 that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) accepted the District of Columbia’s declaration for assistance in the
DCSBDC is a partnership program nationally accredited by the Association of America’s SBDCs and funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration, Howard University, with Howard University serving as the network’s headquarters. DCSBDC services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis. Language assistance services are available for individuals with limited English proficiency.
