A HOWARD UNIVERSITY & DCSBDC
COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP SERIES 2022
Thursday, March 31, 2022
6:30 pm – 8:00 pm ET
In honor of Women’s History Month, Howard University and the DC Small Business Development Center (DCSBDC) present the 3rd Annual Collaborative Leadership Series: Women’s Leadership Forum / Virtual Panel Discussion. This forum aims to educate, inspire, and bring awareness to women entrepreneurs, existing and aspiring.
This year’s theme is Navigating Change: Increasing Sustainability in Your Small Business during Unconventional Times. The goal is to empower and support women entrepreneurs with actionable agendas. This unique forum will bring locally and nationally respected leaders together to discuss the significance of changing with the times. As we encounter new demands in our current working environment, it is necessary to navigate change with purposeful strategic actions (e.g., understand the reasons for the increase in employee departures, determine the needs of your employees, assess the best tactics for retention, and tap into dormant talent).
The forum offers the opportunity to ask questions and obtain the answers to challenges you may have encountered. As an attendee, you will walk away with the resources to build a stronger network/community, tools to assist with planning, and executable courses of action.
