From planning to implementation, open contracting reforms have the potential to help us build a more just recovery from the COVID-19 crisis. In this virtual launch event, we will discuss how local governments, businesses, and ecosystem actors including philanthropy can collaborate to support minority-owned businesses, many of which have been hardest hit by the pandemic.
